Returns and Refund Policy
1. Right of Return
Products purchased from the Vaaleeks.fi online store have a 14-day right of return starting from the date the order is received.
Returned products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original, resaleable packaging
Teeth whitening products are hygiene products. For this reason, opened products or products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
If a product has been damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after receiving the delivery.
2. Return Process
Before sending a return, the customer must contact our customer service by email at info@vaaleeks.fi or via the contact form on our website.
Please include in your message:
- Order number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
Our customer service will provide detailed return instructions and the return address. The product must be carefully packaged for return.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Handling Fee
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
For incorrect or defective deliveries, Vaaleeks.fi will reimburse the return shipping costs.
A handling fee of €9.90 is charged for all approved returns and order cancellations. The fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
