Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Vaaleeks.fi website and to orders placed through the online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services

Vaaleeks.fi sells teeth whitening products such as whitening strips, whitening kits, multipacks, and monthly subscriptions. All products are intended for home use and cosmetic purposes only.

Product descriptions are intended to be as accurate as possible, however we are not responsible for typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or minor differences between product images and the actual product.

3. Orders and Formation of Contract

A binding contract is formed when the customer has placed an order in the online store and received an order confirmation. Vaaleeks.fi reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as incorrect pricing or stock availability issues.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include applicable value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods are presented separately in the online store.

Vaaleeks.fi reserves the right to change prices and payment methods at any time.

5. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are continuous orders that are charged automatically according to the selected billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled. The customer may cancel a subscription in accordance with the separately stated cancellation terms. Cancellation instructions are provided in the online store.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered via Posti. Available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Vaaleeks.fi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Posti, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Vaaleeks.fi’s control. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak periods.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, unless otherwise stated for specific products. Hygiene products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the seal broken.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vaaleeks.fi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products, use of the website, or service interruptions. Liability is always limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Vaaleeks.fi, including texts, images, and graphics, is the property of Vaaleeks.fi or its partners. Copying, distributing, or using the content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers also have the right to submit the dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
